finally using to clear out all boats except for the Federal Anchorage area of which they have no
power to make or change rules without the Coast Guard head of San Francisco

Bay an Eegeass protection area and who had the authority to do that and who

in the foot to where the Marinas can't built either without destroying Eelgrass

in Tiburon and Sausalito and Mill Valley as well as Belvedere Island all
polluting the bay with their chemicals a d paint chips and fertilizers and
