Searching for the Eelgrass Report and closed Richardson Bay Anchorage

Searching for Eelgrass Report that closed down our historical Anchorage and responding to Coastal Policy Solutions a consultant firm that was paid to make a report along with another high paid consultant firm called Merkel Associates that together came up with the report or recommendation to BCDC and RBRA to close down our historical Anchorage of which all I got so far from Coastal Policy Solutions is the RBRA website that tells me nothing except who the conspirators are and or collaborators such as the Audubon Society of Richardson Bay and can't even find the head of its name so far or contact number or email and now to my reply to CPS, ....Thank you again and I checked out the website and links and can't even find the name of the head of the Audubon Society and so far not even on their website and if I click the event weddings might find out something on who is running the Audubon Society to contact with  and not even an email address so far and will  keep searching and couldn't find any specific and pertinent information on any information or evidence or report on the impact  of historical use of Richardson Bay and the justification for closing down this historical Anchorage for recreational boating of which includes dropping anchor for lunch and only good now for kayakers and  windsurfers and specifically looking for the resumed report put together by Merkel and Coastal Policy both consulting firms presumed and when I called Merkel for such a report I was told that it collaborated with Coastal Policy firm for such a report and how much was paid and by who to hire consulting firms and how much was paid for such a report as I remember being in a meeting where a lady gave such a report and presumably but collaboration between the two firms a d would like to see a copy of such report of presentation and again how much was paid to both said firms and how can I get a copy of mist recent financial report of Coastal Solutions and wages paid and again how much Merkel was paid for such report including Coastal Policies and which grants were paid to Coastal Policies and am concerned about a conflict of interest in making the report after being paid condemning the Anchorage and then applying for grants based on that presumed extant report and then profiting  in make work solutions for a non existing need to plant Eelgrass when God and nature will do the job, without spending missions unnecessarily as there us so much Eelgrass on Richardson Bay already and have lived on boats for forty years on bay and at Galilee as upper property manager and marine and waterfront recycler who while living anchored out for the most part and currently holding the record for the longest and last surviving grandfathered Mariner as to first anchoring a vessel on the bay before the banning of such and thus made me a preconditioned and will testify that when I first anchored one could not even find any Eelgrass to speak of and never fouled anchors of tangled up in propellers like they do today and especially in the summer time when Eelgrass is in full bloom as so a motorboat can't even get through it without fouling propellers as is today because of the overgrowth of Eelgrass currently and makes no sense to be planting more Eelgrass due to current overgrowth and appears to be a make work conspiracy as I am following the money to find out who or what firms are profiting from such a presentation or report and as an expert witness who witnessed the lacking of any significant Eelgrass in 1982, due to the poisoning  of the bay by Milly valley treated sewage going directly into Richardson Bay a d virtually killed everything in it, including mussels and barnacles  and only primitive sponges would grow under our boats, until the sewage was diverted to the end of Tiburon and then the bay came back to life and still growing and developing marine life today and making by such evidence that the greatest polluters of the bay are the cities of Mill Valley still by run off of pesticides and fertilizers causing algae blooms and Tiburon and Sausalito runoff and highest pollution sources with the Eelgrass destroying marinas  and dredging  and the Ariel photos of alleged major damage by anchored vessels are taken so high up by drones that nothing is coherent or visible except on photo of anchored boats with large area of the absence of Eelgrass due to photo taken next to the channel  of which the Army Corps of Engineering dredges and in effect is a fake photo and the only clear photo I've seen or found so far co concerning the historical symbiosis of working vessels and Eelgrass coexisting and if you search and go to YouTube me  myself and a documentarian name Nick Mosher took a Seaplane ride over the bay and found a healthy balance between the Eelgrass and anchored vessels and look for video movie on YouTube called " Love is the Law", a documentary going viral about the last historical anchor outs and waterfront community of which has been wiped out today by BCDC and RARA and the city of Sausalito of which has virtually destroyed this community and only an historical record on video documentaries found if search on YouTube the many reports about the plight and the wiping out of such community of which like the Eelgrass will someday soon return with holy vengeance, poetically speaking and signed by Peter Romanowsky CEO of the New Covenant Evangelistic Association Inc. and home missionary on Richardson Bay for "Forty Years on a Hook" and a book of that title free online of which I will also send a link later and look forward to hearing from you on my concerns on. The closing and time limits on an historical Anchorage of which there is no other to go to on San Francisco Bay, without possible intimidation on three day anchoring on the bay of which is outrages and insane a d only sometime Woke People would selfishly do and thank you again for your time and listening and much more to say on the subject , to fill a book or two, ....Cloud photo by Peter Romanowsky
