Solutions and fake shell storefront organization with no email and telephone
number or address on their fake website and no doubt will never find their
financial annual report on expenditures and to doubt the monies are going to
big salaries and consultant firm like Merkel and Coastal Policies that made the
fake report and hired divers at hundreds
of dollars an hour to plant Eelgrass in the so called crop circles of which
will heal themselves and instead either pay the divers hundred dollars an hour
or pocket the money and use University students to do it for free and pocket
the money on thier two consulting firms to pay themselves for insane and
unnecessary plants of an apparently
foreign strain of Eelgrass concocted in the University lab that they are
working with and in total not only is there a conflict of interest in making
the false report and then taking the money to themselves i.e. Coastal Policies
Solutions and is a criminal act with no open bidding or contracting to remove
left over debris like a micro wave oven that has fallen overboard they say when
virtually no one else has a micro wave on their Anchorout boats and never heard or seen one by Anchorout and am sending my so far findings
to the District Attorney's email for investigation on a criminal conspiracy to
defraud the working waterfront denizens of Richardson Bay of which has been
stolen for profit and to be used only by kayakers and wind surfers and no jet
skies or recreation boats allowed to drop a lunch anchor in their Eelgrass
protected zone of which virtually I eludes the entire Richardson Bay and have
taken over even the Federal Anchorage Zone by Richardson Bay Regency Agency and
the entire Bay is a crime scene of fraud, greed and only boats allowed are in
Marinas and no guest docks for the demonized historical maritime working
community of fishermen, Salvagers and rescue vessels to keep the bay safe from
kayakers in trouble of which we have all helped and even marinas have to ten
percent livaboards for security reasons and tried to send requests for fake Eelgrass
report copy whole the Eelgrass is growing out of control without the Anchorouts keeping Eelgrass under
control for navigation from the anchor and propeller fouling Eelgrass of which
the Miwoks harvested for food and insulation and kept the Eelgrass from over
running the harbor from a boots on the ground
