Sausalito Anchorage press release

Sausalito historic Anchorage being destroyed after thousands of years a free anchorage by local Miwoks also called, The Water People and the first place Francis Drake anchored a cording to the local Miwoks and written in a book by an ancester of Chief Marin and now the State of California BCDC, Marin County RBRA and the City of Sausalito want to sterilize the last refuge and Anchorage on the San Francisco Bay after during the Gold Rush the City of San Francisco's bay and  Anchorage was filled in, so Sausalito became the defacto Anchorage of the city of Ssn Francisco and there is no other safe or free harbor left for working liveaboards, like fishermen, salvagers and rescuers and of course Privateers like Sir Francis Drake a d low income and poor people that can't afford to buy land or houses in the richest and most expensive county of Marin and developers have thier eye on the bay to fill it in like Fort Lauderdale and put paid moorings for yachts eventually destroying one of the last free ports in the world and at the crossroads of the world and the developers will continue to built houses on the bay and fill in the shorelines, like they did to Strawberry the harbor seal haulout area by local buyers like Pete Wilson and former Governor and number one rascal and anti anchorout who baught a house on the bay fill and his name eludes me and help me remember someone out there who was a County Supervisor at the time and the County of Marin and Cities surrounding the Anchorage keep polluting the bay with run off from their multi million homes surrounding the Anchorage and blaming the poor and working Mariners for polluting the bay in pure hypocrisy and building no low income housing housing for the harassed and the displaced who's homes and boats are being destroyed during the Covid19 pandemic  after 72 hour notice, with no right to redeem ones boats or historical floating homes and a refuge for all who have had a tragedy in their lives and have lived in the County for years and decades and are born here to have to have a refuge until one can get their feet back on land if they desire to give up working on the water historically and will not even be allowed to redeem thier confiscated boats and historically floating homes and crush them right away with few exceptions on pain of leaving the safe harbor or be crushed without the thirty day waiting and redeem time that motor homes and cars have and Maritime Law states and to have twenty four hour security so inse confiscated boat is not robbed in the night at the Army Corps crushing ground and people are not even allowed to stay on their pirated vessels at night to protect their property as has always been in the past and we are dealing with land thieves and pirate corporations and evil doers and homeless makers who will have no home in Heaven for those that make people homless and see you and rally every Sunday in front of the Sausalito City Hall for free hot meals and Anchorout/Waterfront Church fellowship and protest against the City Council of Sausalito and County of Marin and political action and removal of the Tyrants in public office and to elect our own compassionate Council Members and County Supervisors and the Governor also who lives historically in the County and has not done a thing to help low income and permenant housing and home ownership and just sold his house for millions and a great judgement is waiting from Heaven on their houses and lands and health and bodies if they the Limosine Liberals in this solidly Democratic County and no excuses for blaming the Republicans here and yours truely Waterfront and Anchotout and homeless advocate and Pastor the Reverand Peter "Christian" Romanowsky and resident of the County since 1964 and the longest surviving resident at anchor on the San Francisco Bay, to the best of my knowledge since first putting and mooring a boat off Sausalito in 1982 and full time living on a boat since 1984, with three years in a criminal corporation and harbor called Galilee Harbor and supposed refuge for Anchorouts and full time Marine service harbor  that has sold out to land lover and anti anchotout tenants, too the highest bidder of which no poor anchotout can afford to move in and should and will be under a Grand Jury investigation in the future also with their co conspirators on the Sausalito City and surrounding City Councils like Mill Valley, Tiburon and Belvedere the richest and most influential island in the World as well as the Mari. County Board of Supervisors and the Governor of whom by Gods Grace will never be able to attaine a higher office due to their pride and greed and of neglecting the poor and throwing them just a bone like we were dogs and yeas we are dogs, Sea Dogs that will politically and Spiritually bite as sure as my Great Grandfather and Uncle who first set foot in Sausalito to reach Mariners and Anchorouts for Christ in 1890 and founded the Finnish Seamens Mission in San Francisco   that eventually developed into Getsemene Lutheran Church and then merged with a Danish Luthern Church and is called Saint Francis Lutheran Church on Church Street in the Castro District of which originally was called Fin Town, with all its Saunas and bath house of which e eventually after the Sixties the quote "Gays" moved in and the first outbreak of Aids and of which my Great Grandfather and Uncle after the early death of his brother took over and adopted my grandmother in Finland and went on from the Bay area and Northern California as a Lutheran Priest to be the Head of the Finnish Missionary Society in Finland and its international missions from Angola to Israel and China and Japan and is written up in the United Nations for helping solve a dispute between missionaries like the Roman Catholics and the British Missionaries and write many books and translated the Finnish New Testament into modern Finnish as was Knighted with a metal from the Czar of Russia for his work as Finland was under the Czar of Russia and when the Russians came to San Francisco to buy grain for their holdings in Alaska they brought the best sailors and Mariners and ship builders and sail and line makers in Russia, who were the Finnish sailors of which many, like the Russians settled in San Francisco and occupied Alta California with their Capital at Fort Ross and the last or next in line hereditary speaking lives still in Marin County named Peter Romanov and not to be confused with my name of which is another story altogether as my father was a Soviet officer who defected to Finland during the Russian and Finnish Wars before the Natzis invaded the Soviet Union and married my Finnish mother where I was conceived and all together escaped oo Sweden in a thirty foot lifeboat with thirty refugees in it, in thirty foot seas where I was born and eventually my first waking moment in history was waking up on a ship in heavy seas coming too America and eventually I married a Famous Sea Captians daugter here in Marin County and who also was a County Supervisor and Chairmen of the Board at the Vallejo Maritime Academy and Senior Member of the then State Harbors and Navigation Commission and appointed first by Governor Pat Brown and then reappointed by Ronald Reagan and entertained both Eisenhower and Patton at his Captians table as a Merchant Mariner in World War ll, somewhere in the Mediterranean...to be continued unedited and unpuncuated to get my thoughts and memories out on type, to be corrected and published in a book in the future with the help of my three grown University graduate Children and granchildren in the near future and forever and if don't get you straight about the Anchorage and homeless situation, my children will and if anyone presently like to run this treaties through a word processor then please do and email me the grammatically correct version too peteromanowsky@gmail.com telephone me at 415 374 0734 and leave a message for I rarely answer the phone due to so much sp calls in these days and typing with one finger on a cell phone on my anchored ship and floating home on Richardson Bay off Sausalito for thirty years waiting to get help and housing that never comes and only promises and lies and waiting for me to die and crush my home to leave nothing for my descendants except a legacy that will not happen and the bay and the historical free port and Anchorage will not be destroyed on my watch, but political careers and fake news journalist will be exposed and thank you for your time reading and will continue this historical work in the future and if you would like to help donate too this cause and every penny used to dethrone land Pirate delevopers and Tyrant politicians and fire fake news so called puppet journalist for the greedy and rich and powerful Limosine liberals after first feeding the low income and poor disposed Mariners and house boaters and tent city dwellers that the surrounding cities and especially the County of Marin and the Non Union press of the rich and powerful and greedy Independant Journal that doesn't care a rats behind of permenant housing and ownership of low income families and people and just supports the current status quot and but a change and Revolution is coming as always happens when the landless pheasants revolt against economic tyranny and moral lawlessness....

Thirty Years on a Hook Chapter Seventeen Missionary ancestors on San Francisco Bay since 1990

 I am so proud of my Missionary heritage and work by  and doing the same work today as my Great Grand Uncle/Father did in San Francisco, Sausalito and Bay Area As a young missionary to the Finnish sailors and other sailors and he had the Lutheran Church financing him and I have been financing myself as a missionary too Sausalito, write too the New Covenant Evangelistic Association Inc. P.O. Box 2404 San Anselmo  Ca. 94979, for tax exempt support to keep the missionary work going  that my Great Uncle/Father who sat were I sit in1990 and ministering to the waterfront people and  anchorouts and sailors  like I do today, is a family tradition and while he waiting For the Ferryboat too San Francisco like I do today talking to sailors and waterfront people and anchorouts like I do todaand then he  founded the Finnish Seamens Mission in San Francisco, serving the whole San Francisco Bay Area and it's most famous Anchorage in Sausalito and his Mission developed into Gethsemene Lutheran Church and then merged with a Danish Lutheran Church and is now called Saint Francis Church on Church Street off of Van Ness Boulevard in the now called  Tenderlion District of which used to be called Finn Town for all the Finnish people that lived there and  eventually became known as the Gay District,  after  all of the Gays that  moved into the Community of Saunas and Bath Houses that the Finniah left of which were closed down by the Health Director after the Aids epidemic outbreak which started there. I ironically I married a prominant Sea Sea Captain's daughter and Marin County Supervisor and Chairmen of the Vallejo Maritime Acadamy in California and was Sienot member of the then called the  State Harbors and Navigation Board and appointed first by Governor Pat Brown and the reappointed by Governor Ronald Reagan and failed to get reappointed by Governor Jerry Browm in spite of the fact that his father former Governor Pat Brown wrote a letter to him asking that he be reappointed and saying, that he was the best appointment he ever made. He also had General Eisenhower Supreme Head of the Allies at his Captains Table on his ship in the Mediteranian and also General Patton and said the Eisenhower was a quite and gentile man and Patton was as usual, himself in so many words. He s

also said that a bomb hit his ship while in the mediteranian and that he had to pull his gun out and threatened to shoot anyone trying to abandone ship and get into a lifeboat, on another occation while he was Merchent Marine Captian of apparently a Libery Ship, possiblyvbuilt in Sausalito ?! He said that he rescued two thousand Canadian troops in the Mediterranean after thier ship was hit by a German bomb and was awarded the Silver Cross for his rescue, but said that in the confustion of the war, that he never recieved the metal.mental. My missionary ancestor recieved a metal from the Czar of Russian, when Finland was sf till under Russian control or part of Russia, for his worldwide missionary activities, as head of Finlands Missionary Society. I talked to the last in the of the Czars, who lives in Marin County, Prince Andrew Romanov and shared that with him and his son is named Prince Peter Romanov. Going back to my late Father in law he owned more property on land and even on the water here in Sausalito then one could imagine. House in rental house in Santa Rosa California, the first house he ever built, in Albany iin East Bay, where my wife was born and  cofounded the the Locaters real estate business in Richmond also in East Bay and went into partnership with State Senator William Bagley into buying apparently all the land behind the Rod and Gun Club in Marin County and parceled it out and made a fortune and bought at beautiful and scenic dairy ranch in Bolins, which is now part of of the Golden Gate National Seashore Recreation Area and the Victorian looking small two story white boarded up ranch house is now being used officially as a bat sanctuary or declared to be and my future wife attended a one rom school house in Bolinas and is still there. She told me a story how a bully took everyones straws and drank through them and it reminded me of my late father in law might have have have been as a child when she told me this story I laughed out loud in my heart and when his former ranch, house becoming a bat sanctuary it was hilarious in my mind and  just imagining all the bat poop that went down in the attic and or upstairs and his cowpond became a local clothing optional swimming hole.Then with the compensation fro. the Federal Goverment, for his land, he apparently used it to buy the S Bar S Ranch and also known, as the Lost Spring Ranch in Lake County California near Kelseyville and that ranch had an historical Stagecouch Inn on it saa nd being used by a Rancher tenant named Babe and meet him in Church one day in the area and  somewhere along the way I heard, or it sounded like he got a raw deal along the way and had to move on, and I know the feeling especially after my divorce and all. The ranch was around twelve hundred acres and one of the most beautiful, in California and situated next to an extinct volcano in a valley that reminded me of a dramatic  movie setting and he even had an Atari looking four wheel drive on the ranch that either he owned to drive around or his Rancher, who lived in the stagecoach Inn. There were a number of Native American historical site on a survey map of the ranch and all I could find, were the tailings of flint mining activities, on the surface of the places I looked. There were boulders of flint, Beverlseen so much, in my life and apparently they transported traded or sold it all over the area, if not all over Northern California. Meanwhile at the ranch was also an older period ranch house with a heated swimming pool and Cabanas with showers for guests and he used it as a getaway and as a duck and deer hunting lodge and bringing all his friends, connections in business , politics and judges no doubt and even his car mechanic, every year totaling some thirty people for hunting parties. He even brought former Governor Pat Browns secretary once and some and a family of guests,  were swimming naked in one of the ponds or in the pool and he sent out an agitated letter to family and friends,  that no nudity allowed I public on his ranch or out in the open and Interesting enough that his forme ranch has a public swimming hole on it, that is clothing optional funny Karma. 

Thirty Years on a Hook Chapter Ten arriving in Soledad Canyon

After arriving in San Diego from Mexico and doing all I could to get help from parents to send money some food and bus many to get to Soledan Canyon I remember sitting on a bench virtually homeless and before or after or maybe the next day I tried calling my mother in law to try to talk to her about the divorce from San Diago an young sounding man picked up the phone with a slight Gay sounding lisp and said something like I was where I belonged and that he was where he belonged after tell me he was my mother in laws close and personal friend and here I am out in the cold broke and the night closing in waiting till the next day on a cold and lonely bench and has night began closing in I began  to notice all the homeless people coming out at night and never seen so many and a some point on the bench a young and cheerful apparently homeless man came up to me with a bag or somethings in his hands and said "are you hungry"? and I cant remember if it was day or night sitting on that bench and let's day it was a least dusk day or night and but probably night it was so long ago and my timelines are a little confused from memories long ago and but I remember him saying that he had just scored some still wrapped hamburgers out of a McDonalds dumpster and they were still fresh and found put years later that a shift change all the burgers were thrown out and that's how people survived and ate from M Donald's for instance. We I had never eaten dumpster food in my life except some veggies give  to cattle when visiting a cattle of dairy rance in San Fernando Valley area with my parents overnight and the ranch hand had an entire truck full of day old or discarted vegetables to feed to the cattle and we ate some of them from a grocery store or supermarket and here I was eating a couple of cheeseburgers from apparently a homeless man and I thought that I had hit bottom but the burgers were so good, when your hungry and meanwhile my traveling companion wandered off to find s ol me bushes to sleep in and the next day or before he had found some coin or coins, forgien it seems and I asked him how he finds such things for he had a nack for finding things on the ground and I asked him how does he do it ? He said from always from always looking down. So there I was al night sitting on a bench, didn't dare may dow  on it, if I remember well and even my mother on the phone said why dont I pan handel for bus fare or food and I have never pan handled in my life. So al night long I sat there watching thhe homless people wander around all night and feeling like I was I  hell and the next morning tired sleepless was able to pick up the money my parents sent for I had no credit cards and broke as hell and the next day we boarded a bus to Soledad Canyon next to Tibis Hedron's place with the hundred or more big cats including roaring lions like you couldn't believe at night and could hear them for a mile or so and by the way she was the women in the movie The Birds and her husband produced the movie The Exhorsist and so I was picked up at a bus stop and home at last on my parents forty acres and mobile home that I was told belonged to Don Wrikels the comedian who lived in it while his home was being built and my parents moved it on to thier property which was originally eight acres I  a canyon called Huges

Remember we are all grandfathered in who were in Sausalito co called waters which is really a special federal anchorage and chief of police has no business being a harbor master and do not give them petmission to board or inspect your boat and  dont resist them and call the coast guard if you are attempted to be boarded and they have to come abd rescue you from local plice meddling in a special ferderal anchorage  which includes all navigable waters omitting possibly private waters that you may already have permission to moor or anchore and are on private waters and not city, so to speak...if arrested ask for a jury trial...while they crush your boat and home...then sue them...and don't forget to come to our water church services and dinners every sunday from 11:am to 3: pm and fellowship and share information and situations and absolutely claim grandfather rights and especially if you have passed the statue of limitations on the city's privious attenp to ban boats after three days in city and not on private waters and remember everyone anchored in so called city limits is or now grandfathered in as a pre existing condition...search federal anchorage rights of no limit on length of stay on anchorage...
