Lessons in fasting

Good advice going where I have never gone so far tommorrow tenth day of fast and If not feeling or breathing better because of last week's flue will pick up some chicken bullies clear soup and still not ready for solid food and need to thoroughly purge my body of fat and toxins and establish a pattern of regular cleaning of intestents and I know one cannot eat solid food when breaking a fast but slowly one day at a time with clear soups or bullions plus taking taking currently mass doses of vitamins  C and Vitimin B already looking younger...for every day of fasting it takes the same amount of time to slowly break a fast...feeling hunger is no problem for me at this point it's a slight irythem of the heart and difficulty breathing from the nose due to sinuses..tommorrow will k ow what to do better...meanwhile planning on bullien soup...a clear liquid....one must give thier intestinal track a rest periodically put of concern of Colin cancer...of which four family members have already died...
